On the middle level are the three bedrooms, master with ensuite and walk in robe, and the main bathroom with integrated laundry.  The master bedroom opens out to the private deck with garden access, or alternatively up the spiral staircase to the main entertaining.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two double bunks.

Entry to the home is also on this level, or from the remote access double garage below which has more than enough space to store all the beach toys.
