The home has a very light and airy versatile floor plan with air-conditioned open plan living and kitchen downstairs opening on to a lovely covered outdoor patio that catches the morning and afternoon sun, a bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe (currently used as a work from home office), 4  bedrooms and bathroom with separate toilet upstairs.  One bedroom will be locked off for storage of the owners belongings, however which bedroom is open to negotiation depending on the successful applicant's requirements.

The property is fully furnished apart from bedding, linens and towels. Please contact the office for inventory requirements.  Double carport with closing front garage door and plenty of off street parking available.
