There is a friendly dog that does roam on the premises and a cat.  It is not suitable to have other pets.  Access to the flat deck and entry will be separated by a gate.  The owners reside in the main house.  The tenant will not have use of the swimming pool.

The flat is individually metered for electricity which will be charged to the tenants, water is tank water and is included in the rent. There is no telephone line to the house, the tenant will be responsible for their own mobile/internet.
