Entry to the home is light and bright, with the double garage to the left, and the study and guest powder room to the right.  The combined living / dining / kitchen area boasts soaring ceilings, a neutral palette and glass stacker doors that slide back to create seamless indoor-outdoor integration.  Louvres allow for great cross-ventilation and there is an air-conditioner for the days the pool and fans are not enough.  Kitchen has plenty of storage, stone bench tops, breakfast bar, extra wide oven, dishwasher, gas cooking and a butler's pantry.

Towards the rear of the home is the master bedroom with ensuite, and glass on two sides for amazing natural light.  The ensuite is of good size with double vanities, toilet and shower.  Between the master bedroom and the rest of the bedrooms is a lovely reading / sitting room which also has glass on both sides - one wall of louvres, and the other a sliding door out to the entertaining area.  This can be shut off from the main house with a cavity slider door.  Three bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry are on the other side of this room - two have a pool aspect, and the other a garden view.

The swimming pool and courtyard will be the hub of entertaining friends and family when you are not out and about enjoying all that Noosa has to offer.  Regatta Circuit is only a short drive to the Noosa River/Gympie Terrace shops and restaurants, Hastings Street and one of the best surf breaks Australia has to offer.
